Prior to launching Boatman Partners, Bob served as VP Regional Manager, SVP and Division President for both public and privately held mortgage banks, with oversight for the California Region. He also held the position of National Builder Manager. During his career, Bob had responsibility for creating and executing sales strategies, recruiting, coaching, retention and training for companies such as Guild Mortage, Countrywide Home Loans, and Lennar's UAMC, .

Bob is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). An avid outdoorsman, he loves snow skiing, water sports and fly fishing. He is also actively involved in his church and in community charity work.
